Magallanes Center resurrects the industrial footprint of Artillería

Countdown to recover 9,000 meters of a BIC where the resurgence of a modern factory is sought. The idea is to integrate this building in the neighborhood and in the city. In fact, the main street that divides this complex in two will be opened to the public and will be integrated as one more in the municipal road and will be the access road to the new spaces that make up the Magallanes Center.
